Is it that hard to change..dunno

In this age, where we live with gold fish memory, where every thoughts are captured based on elevator pitch, its impressive to see an email with few words speaking volume & dragging you to darker abyss of time warp. If you have every spent time in beach, in general, the fine grains of sands, reflecting suns light is a sight to watch - a kaleidescope. But, you can never hold them in hand. Harder you try, easier it gets for them to skittle through your hands. The point is, you can never leave a mark on the sand, they leave a mark on you. All that left is memories, the feeling. I suppose, its true with any relationship.

With some sense of optimism, i visited 25x25 gym at the marriott (smallest gym i ever visited). Wanted to go through sequence of pain routine. Did circuit training involving, cores, dead lift, lunges, sit ups and snatch. 40-45 minutes of exhuasting workout. Oh yeah, the whole body was sore. Need to see, how long i can stay away from Beer and Cigar, especially with my thankgiving run taking me through\near shiner.

Heres the route "Selma, Tx to Koerth, Tx"
