So far, 2010 has been a blast. Bandera took its toll on me as i had to gut it right from the start. (not a great fan of cold weather running need to get used to it.) But really happy for not turning into DNF.
Chilled out last weekend with NO RUNNING\GYM! Hurray to Half book price store, got couple of Nietzsche books for dirt cheap. Just got into it. With fresh legs and nice weather got done two runs today Noon 15M 2.10 hrs PM 13M 2 hrs. Thought i had planned for 15M in eve too, i had to abort my plans as my hamstring were feeling like jelly. On the whole, super glad with the start of the week & icing on the cake would be if i could make it a 100M week. Lets see.

Bandera was an excellent finish under extreme conditions!!!
You should come out in May for the Grand Canyon. You'll hafta deal with very cold temps and lots of snow in April.
