14M on Sunday morning with Mark. (10M on road in Ladera Norte neighborhood & 4M on Dog Park). The heat & humidity made those climbs a tough one. First 7 miles were a breeze until i had to slog through the rest. Completely beat up after the run. Glad there was water flowing in the creek, it was nice to get into it after the slog fest.
15M on Monday evening from UT to Home through Mt Bonnell, Ladera & Great Hills. Nice and easy with focus on spending more time on feet. ~3hours. There was rain earlier in the day easing the temperatures to ~90F at 6PM. With cool breeze blowing now and then, breathing was not as laborious as it generally tends to be. Nice run with another great sun set.
Life is definitely good, especially when its running.

Hey! That's the sunset I saw yesterday when I was running on Valburn! Definitely a better running day yesterday evening with an ease-off in the heat and the nice breezes.
