With things settling down and inching towards normalcy, i found some degree of tranquility. Honestly, solace is little farther but i will distance myself with the thought of impossibility. Think, i finally got the right raag to get my running going.
With good 6 hours of sleep last night, i was ready for 10 miles of HOL repeats. But two phone calls on my way to run injected some purpose to do some fast run. Ended up doing 10 miles in 1:22:08. Nothing herculean, but definitely, happy to get the spring back in my run. I think, this is by far my fastest clip in this route. Something, i would like to challenge myself to break once i improve my speed. Lets see. Great start for my Bandera training. I would love to get sub 14 at bandera 100k, lets see.
Time to fly.
