Tryst with Welsh

Finally i got to run with the famous "stubborn" welsh, Mark R. After quick greetings, we set out to do an easy 8 Mile run (70mins) around UT Campus & Downtown. The weather was tad chill & windy in a nice way; can't complain much after being in Chicago the whole week.

How many times in life you meet someone who is as versatile as this guy. Don't get deceived by the height. Check his blog. Of course, he fails to mention on his blog about his experiences traveling in Africa. Most interesting & coolest being, spending tribe with Bedouin tribes & swimming with sharks during their migration in coast of South Africa. ( & yeah, he saw them smile!!!). Need to run often with him to hear more stories. Good times.

John has named our Thanks Giving 100M run - "Dos Hombres Sojourn Thanksgiving Run". Check us out on Facebook We are thinking about posting the progress report out on the group page. We will be doing the water drops this evening. That would give us an opportunity to look at the course as well. & yeah, did i mention the weekend includes riding ATVs' & shooting shotguns. Of course beer too!

Talking about 100M run, i finally managed to nudge Mr. J to think about running RR 100M. It was hilarious in a way to see him change his mind. He has earlier planned to do a fast 50M. But, am glad he is is still having his options open.
