No more a Trail Virgin

Finally i found the courage to take my KSO to green belt this evening. It took about 120+ miles of running on townlake to get this courage. Long story short, did abt 8 miles including some HOL repeats.

Needless to say, my steps were measured, and was very observant of where my next foot lands. Feels like i was running in BCGB for the first time, as i was "seeing" so many rocks and sharp edges. Heck ya, it was fun.
Only pain area was my arch. Despite managing to soft step on rocks, they were stabbing my arch with vengence, as if they were boycotting VFF. Not sure if this common for beginners to feel this way or if i am doing anything wrong?

Will do some research on this topic.
